What kinds of ideas about PRESENTATION skills did you think about as sir ken robinson presented his ideas about education? how could you incorporate what you saw into your ted talk?
The kind of presentation skills that I though about when Sir Ken Robinson presented, he started off his presentation with a joke and introduced himself. Sir Ken Robinson engaged the audience with humor and questions. He also used relate able examples and analogies. Some of his techniques where repetition, stage presence he didn't move a lot but he did address the whole audience with eye contact and hand movements.
How did sir ken robinson's talk resonate with you? how might/might not GENIUS hour support ken robinson's ideas about how to change education?
How Sir Ken Robinson's talk resonate with me was how I agree that teacher's are the main people. Although in his TED talk he over simplifies his ideas and examples. I feel that it will help support my genius hour in the sense that it will demonstrate that teacher's are useful otherwise how else would you learn new skills and information.
